Next Steps

Our franchise process is conducted to help determine if we are a good fit together. We would like to ensure that you receive answers to all the questions that you may have about becoming a Jimboy’s franchisee. In addition, these 5 Steps will ensure that you move through our process in an organized and timely manner.

Step 1:  The Application
The first step to becoming a Jimboy’s franchisee is filling out a franchise application. Once the application is complete, it will be reviewed by the Jimboy’s franchise development team for preliminary approval.  Next, we will review our franchise disclosure document with you.

Step 2:  The Fit
Pre-qualified candidates will have the opportunity to meet with a member of our franchise team. If we determine that we have alignment on “Core Values” and a potential fit, then a site tour of our restaurants will be conducted if possible.  You will also be invited to conduct your own due diligence and speak with existing Jimboy’s franchisees.

Step 3:  The Financial Review
At this point, you will submit your business plan to our executive team. Once a financial review is complete, and a preliminary background check is conducted, we will invite you to visit the Jimboy’s Support Center in Sacramento, CA to meet the executive leadership team.

Step 4:  The Approval
If you and Jimboy’s decide to proceed, you will then sign a restaurant development agreement, begin site selection and schedule your training.  Once you have found a site, you will submit it to us for approval.

Step 5:  The Grand Opening
Once you have finalized a lease or a purchase of the location, you will sign a franchise agreement, begin construction, and start team training.
