At Jimboy’s we’re committed to assisting you to building and operating your restaurant.  From site selection to training, marketing to operations, you can count on the Jimboy’s team to assist you in maximizing your restaurant’s potential.

SITE SELECTION
We will assist and support your efforts in evaluating and choosing sites. Our process includes developing a market plan to determine specific trade areas within your desired territory. Our flexible footprint was created to adapt in venues of all kinds, from end-caps and drive-thru’s to free-standing buildings, to malls, airports, and more.

Design & Construction
Jimboy’s experienced project management team will assist you through the design process, contractor selection, and bidding process, as well as assisting you with the construction of your restaurant.

TRAINING
Our training team will train you and your team to become proficient at Jimboy’s management fundamentals and tools, recipes and operations, POS technology, and marketing your business.

OPERATIONS
Our Business Operations Managers (BOMs) provide a valuable resource to you by coaching your team and restaurant management on the Jimboy’s Guest Experience Management (GEM) Program, labor deployment, costs containment, restaurant efficiencies, best practices, and team member development.

PURCHASING
By leveraging our size and experience, you have the advantage of utilizing our purchasing team who regularly negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure that you receive your food ingredients, beverage, furnishing, fixture and equipment at the lowest possible prices.

MARKETING
From our very beginning the Jimboy’s marketing program has been about our authenticity and having fun! You’ll receive support on a regional and local level with creative advertising, media buying, public relations, social media, and grand openings. In addition, we will assist with your Local Store Marketing efforts with individual planning that help explore and enhance local opportunities.

Technology
Our IT team and technology partners maintain a focus on how we can better utilize technologies to engage and enhance the customer experience and drive better performance operationally.
