Our signature item that started it all in 1954. Our famous tacos start with a stone-ground corn tortilla grilled to perfection, filled with your choice of seasoned meats, freshly shredded cheese, crisp lettuce, and finished with a dusting of our signature parmesan cheese. Grilled soft flour tortillas can be substituted.

Our hand-rolled and grilled burritos are filled with your choice of seasoned meats, our made-from-scratch Spanish rice, slow cooked pinto beans, mild red sauce and freshly shredded cheese. Burritos can also be ordered with meat and cheese only.

Choose from one of three Plate Options which include our signature Original Ground Beef Tacos, scratch-made Enchiladas, or a combination of both! Plates include slow-cooked refried beans, house made Spanish rice, a crisp salad drizzled with buttermilk avocado dressing and a regular soft drink.

Jimboy's Favorites combine delicious, freshly prepared fan favorites with a regular soft drink at one low price. Choose from three Favorite options which include two Original Ground Beef Tacos, a Bean and Cheese Burrito paired with an Original Ground Beef Taco, or a Steak Tahoe Burrito.

We have prepared some great snack selections using high quality ingredients made fresh to order. Menu items include Super Nachos, Stuffed Quesadillas, Loaded Taquitos, and our scratch made queso and guacamole with freshly prepared tortilla chips.

Choose from three freshly prepared Salad and Bowl options. The Avocado Salad is made with fresh lettuce, avocado slices, pico de gallo, olives and house made dressing, with the option to add grilled chicken. The Jimboy's Taco Salad includes all the fixins' including a fried tortilla shell, ground beef or chicken, beans, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, and olives. For a heartier option, a Bowl gives you a choice of protein on romaine lettuce, whole pinto beans, Spanish rice, pico de gallo, cheese, red sauce, sour cream and olives.

Choose from our freshly made to order Kids Bean and Cheese Burrito, Kids Cheese Quesadilla, or an Original Ground Beef Taco. Jimboy’s Jr. Meals come with milk, juice or a soft drink, tortilla chips or salad, and a crispy cinnamon churro for dessert.

Choose from Tortilla Chips that are prepared fresh daily, scratch made Guacamole, slow simmered Pinto Beans made in small batches to ensure freshness, house made Spanish Rice, hand cut Pico de Gallo, French Fries tossed in seasoning salt, creamy Queso, and Jimboy’s special Buttermilk Avocado Ranch dressing.

Don’t forget to save room for dessert. End your meal with crispy Cinnamon Churros, Crème-filled Churros or a delicious ChocoTaco – a dessert taco filled with vanilla ice cream and dipped in chocolate.

We proudly serve freshly brewed iced tea, Coca Cola fountain drinks, beer, and a variety of bottled beverages to compliment your meal. Beer served at most locations, must be 21 or older.
