INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in multi-unit Quick Service Restaurant (QSR),
  retail, and/or food service
• Organizational structure to own, operate and support a
  network of multiple restaurants across major cities in a
  large territory or country
• Passion for the Jimboy’s brand
• Commitment to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Ability to build and lead a high performance team
• A long-term, strategic vision for developing our great brand
• Adept at negotiating prime real estate in a given market
• Sufficient capital and financial ability to develop a minimum
  of 20 restaurants over a defined period of time
• Financial Requirements*:
  • Minimum liquidity of $1,500,000 USD
  • Minimum net worth of $3,000,000 USD
  • Ability to obtain necessary capital

*Requirements will differ based on market and minimum number of restaurants
