Best tacos ever, I've been eating the ground beef tacos for years and I have never had a bad experience. I wish they still cost the same as when I first discovered them, but what are going to do. Eat tacos and be happy!

The location near Clear Acre and McCarren has the friendliest employees. Every single time. And the burrito I ordered was gigantic even tho I ordered the wrong one. I think the menu said now bigger size burritos. It definitely was alot bigger.

Great tacos as always. And this location is never incredibly busy, so the service is fast. In and out through the drive through in about 2 minutes. Hard to beat.

This is an amazing location. The food is fantastic friendly service, and wonderful atmosphere. You can actually taste the food. Great flavors.. I definitely recommend coming to this location.

The best tacos in town. The green sauce is the best. Get a six pack.. three to eat there and three for a snack. Prices reflect the standard price hike experienced everywhere. Still worth the price.

It smexican food but different. It's a nice change of pace! The tacos are not traditional but very good! I pretty much had evey meat choice and al were delicious. THE QUESADILLA IS EXTREMLY GOOD. It's loaded and filling! I would recommend this place to someone who isn't into super spicy Mexican food. The staff cooked the food perfectly. They were traditional Mexican and the hot sauce spellings made be burst out laughing. They were spelled how they were pronounced in broken English. Had a great time and had a good laugh too! Most definitely wotlrth trying g if you haven't before. I'll be back to try more.

This particular Jimboys (Clearacre) seems to be 1 of the 2, I prefer to frequent 2nd being Wells Ave. I live close the North Valleys location however, will make the drive to the other locations. The shrimp tacos are my favorite. If you don’t do shellfish the other items will do as-well. OfCourse providing there is a decent cook.

On a roadrrip from Oregon to SoCal (both places with no Jimboy's) we decided to hit the drive-thru and grab lunch in Reno at this spot.Super easy location to get on and off the freeway.Staff were super friendly and efficient.Food was delicious, even though they've change the chicken that's in the tacos now to cubed chuncks; from the original chicken stewed in red sauce.Still good, just different.Bean burritos are as good as I remember from 30 years ago.Beef tacos still have that delicious orange greasy that drips in the wrapper.Taco sauce packets and jalapeños were heaped in the bag for us, they're so good!It was great to hit Jimboy's again.

I like this place pretty good food. The wait is moderate but, the food is hot and fresh.The beef tacos remind me of ones from my childhood so it's nice.Their beef tostada salads are filling and tasty.I did order a steak burrito once and it was steak and cheese. I was expecting at least refried beans.The Tahoe burrito is good though.Their hidden gem is the cheese burger. It reminds me of Fosters Freeze.

Ok, this was my first experience and it was great! My order was hot and fresh. My friends were skeptical and advised against my going but it was perfect. I was nervous because the prices weren't listed but it was fine. A week later I went to a different location and it was garbage. I spit it out, literally. But that's a different review.

Jimboys is a Reno staple. Anyone who has lived here knows they were THE after party hangover food. Were open 24-7 but I dont know if that is so anymore. Unique flavor all their own. A little pricey for tacos but so is everything these day. They do suffer from staffing shortages like everyone so check your order at drive through.

I'm a huge fan of Jimboys and I love there food. They actually have great portions and great flavors in their food. It's not over priced really... The one on wells is awesome and they are all very friendly. Thank you all for the great service and taking the time to help and be there working....

As always, the food is delicious the service was fantastic and they got my completely modified menu/special order, just right.This location is by far my favorite in Northern Nevada. And even though it’s at the mouth of Sun Valley, I never actually have to cross over and go in the valley. Big plus!

You have to be careful with this one, they will repeat back what you ordered word for word and yet somehow they still manage to get it all wrong. It really is an art form they have perfected. The food is your typical Jimboy's though so it's still great. Just check your food before you get too far down the road because it's in a busy part of town and it is not fun having to double back through all the traffic to get back here. Overall, a decent place to get the best fast food taco ever made. The main problem you'll have is deciding between the taco or the burrito. I never can so I get both and am never disappointed.

My kids and I have always loved jimboy's tacos. When life took a left we always went to Jimboy's!. When I'm with the kids to tell about tacos but when I'm all alone it's all about chile relleno.. yummm. The price has gone up over the years which is sad. I hope it doesn't go up anymore or I won't be eating there anymore. $30 is a lot for a mother and two kids for Taco's.

My first time going and I order the original tacos. They had parmesan cheese dusted on top and melted cheese inside and they were super delicious if you are a big cheese lover you will love. My bf got the supreme chicken nachos and the cheese was super delicious the chicken was shredded and it wasnt that flavorful. The salsa bar had 3 different kind of salsas and jalapenos. The salsas were good as well. Def will be coming back to try the other kind of tacos they have.

jimboy's tacos is in excellent place to eat if you like tacos. I really like tacos with sour cream and hot sauce It's my favorite. The people that work there are English speaking as well as Spanish speaking which makes it nice. I bring my dog

Jimboy's food is really good but the Jimboy's on selmi Drive is off the hook good! The selmi drive location deserves five stars. The food is excellent and the service is great. I'm not sure who posted it's pricey, they must be comparing to Taco Bell or Del Taco which are not even in the same category as far as Mexican food.
