The ground beef tacos were not what I consider an authentic Jimboy's Tacos. They were slightly too crispy and did not have enough parmesan cheese on the outside. They were also delicious. My ground beef combo burrito was amazing. Be sure to get the cream filled churros and eat them when they are still warm.

This is one of the best, if not the best, crispy tacos I have ever eaten, and I've eaten a lot of crispy tacos from a lot of different states and places. Those parmesan dusted tacos are crispy, chewing, juicy, and flavorful . We drive in from the east bay (Richmond) to eat here in Fairfield because of how delicious the food is here. The parking is free, and the food comes out fast, hot, and delicious.

We're on our way to drop our sister in law at the airport. We stop at the woodland location. The manager is super nice and gave us a extra bean. The food is always excellent. We love their taquitos and fish taco.

Haven’t been to a Jimboy’s in years, and they’re some of my favorites. This place was empty, but the staff were friendly and prompt. Food was excellent! Will drive up from the east bay for this spot on occasion!

The online app wasn't working so I decided to call in for my order. The gentleman who answered promptly took my order and told me that it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I got there, my food was still super hot, warm when I got home. I ordered the 6 taco pack and it was amazing! The Verde and spice red sauce are delish too. Will go back for the chocotaco that I keep hearing about. Brings me back to the ice cream truck days of childhood.

Place was clean. The tacos are BOMB. The only minor issue was the person at the register refused to take my order and made me water for the person assigned to do it which I assumeWas on a break or distracted. The person making wait for the register person appeared to be the manager and could have helped me but wanted me to wait for the assigned person. Not a huge deal but inconvenient when I'm there on a short lunchbreak.

My FAVORITE taco place when I lived in Sacramento years ago and finally made it to Fairfield. For me it's all about the beef tacos with the parm absorbing all that delicious grease. I rarely eat fast food but when I do I'm always disappointed with any other taco place.I keep hoping Jim Boys makes it to the San Jose area someday.

Yes, it's expensive. I ordered a steak, cheese, rice and sour cream burrito, extra charge for the rice and sour cream and it is delicious and worth it. I have never had a greasy taco from here either, that's a good thing.You will wait a bit since it is all cook to order, another great thing about this business.Enjoy your meal.

First time here after passing it for years. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Not busy. Friendly young staff. Purchased 2 beef tacos..they were good but a bit greasy...I don't do salt and my meat was a bit salty. I will be back to try other items.

Originally from Southern Cali, these tacos were recommended by a friend. I didn't know what the hype was because they look like regular tacos ?? Boy was I wrong!! I can't describe the taste but they are DELICIOUS!! don't forget the hot sauce , it gives it an extra kick. just go check it out for yourself. Fast and friendly service, also shout out to the employee who helped me out take my food to my car. (mom of a toddler) didn't get his name but many Thanks!!

There Tacos are so good, the beef was a little salty but over all delicious and the Steak Taco was really good! Oh and try the Shrimp Taco it taste better then any of them. This is the only location I will go to, I have tried the other location not so good!

I drive from Santa Cruz. However, I've been going 49 years, in Sacramento. Jim was next to my Aunts slip and Slid in Tahoe. So I know Jimboys. Next to Sacramento (which no can beat.) This place is super slow at orders. But quality is upper par for this corporation. Volume at cheaper prices, make more than high-priced product.

Love their tacos and taco salad. I recommend you try the tacos when they are freshly made though, because the drive home will most likely cause the tacos to become soggy from the excess oiliness and steam. The taco salad shell is very delicate and I also recommend eating it fresh because the shell loses that wonderful texture after awhile

The food was great as always, but this was Mother's day and the young woman and her mother were there serving us. I appreciate the way that they welcomed me into the restaurant with a smile a bubbly attitude. I went out to the car and gave them roses for thinking about others on this day. All right I drive hours to go to this place is my favorite favorite of all places Jimbo's tacos and you can't go wrong with anything that you order on the menu the shredded beef was my favorite Taco they took it out of Auburn I think they still might have it in the Fairfield but regardless any of the tacos you get are fantastic and the staff he's very nice and they're efficient.

Food is good service as well. The salsa bar is great and the drink selection is great. Sports news was on all the TVs which is fine for sports enthusiasts which I'm not. If it's a game great but I don't get into the nitty gritty of the sports scene like that. I guess it's a matter of taste.

Delicious! We will drive out of our way to get their tacos and they have a veggie taco Marsala that my husband loves. The cashier at the register is very friendly and helpful. Place is clean.
