HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER OF JIMBOY’S TACO NATION REWARDS PROGRAM?
After downloading the app from the App store for iOS devices or in the Google Play Store for Android Devices, you’ll need to create an account with the required contact information requested. WHAT IS THE JIMBOY’S TACO NATION REWARDS PROGRAM?
Our founder Jim Knudson (Jimboy) loved to make food that he loved and that he knew others would love too. His original take on the traditional taco spoke to his courage to be different, stay authentic, and blaze a path of his own. Taco Nation is all about honoring and rewarding our loyal following who still enjoy his “Original American Taco” today, but even more, who share in his legacy of staying true to themselves.
HOW DO JIMBOY’S TACO NATION POINTS WORK?
You’ll receive one Jimboy’s Point for every $1.00 you spend. When you get to 100 Jimboy’s Points you’ll unlock $10.00 credit towards anything you want to order from the Jimboy’s menu. It’s your credit, it’s your choice. Once you earn the reward, the plan will reset to 0 (zero) points and then you’ll be back on your way to earning another $10.00. It’s that simple! There will also be surprise reward opportunities from time to time that you will receive notification on via your Jimboy’s Tacos app, email and/or text
WHAT ELSE DOES JIMBOY’S TACO NATION REWARDS OFFER?
In addition to our Points program, we give a one-time Free Taco reward for signing up as a Taco Nation member, as well as a recurring $5 birthday reward on your birthday (must visit with any spend in the last 11 months). Even more, we will offer special promos, limited time offers, surprise rewards, member-only events, exciting contests, and much much more. Taco Nation is all about giving back to our most loyal customers, so we hope you’ll feel the love.
DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO JOIN?
No, it is completely free to join.
DO I NEED A JIMBOY’S TACO NATION ACCOUNT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE REWARDS PROGRAM?
Yes. After downloading the app, you’ll need to create an account with the required contact information requested. Once provided, you’ll be a member of Jimboy’s Taco Nation and you’ll start earning rewards.
HOW DO I GET POINTS FOR MY PURCHASES?
There are two ways to do this. You can provide the cashier with your phone number that they can enter into the system. Or, you can click the “Scan” button on your app. This will provide you with a bar code that you can show to the cashier to enter into the system. Any of these methods will connect your check to your account allowing you to redeem the rewards you have available and get points for your purchase. When ordering pick-up or delivery in the app or online, simply sign into your account prior to ordering to earn or redeem rewards.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF MY PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL ADDRESS HAS CHANGED?
If your phone number or email address has changed, be sure to update your profile on the Jimboy’s Tacos app or by logging on the Jimboy’s Taco Nation page on our website to update your profile.
DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE AN EMAIL ADDRESS?
Yes. Opting into email communications is the best way to learn about exclusive offers and rewards for Taco Nation members. However, in your profile on the app, you can opt out of email communications.
DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE MY BIRTHDAY?
Yes. Providing your birthday give us the opportunity to send you a birthday coupon for being a loyal customer. Your birthday coupon will be issued as long as you have visited Jimboy’s Tacos (dine in, drive thru or takeout) within 11 months of your birthday.
DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE MY PHONE NUMBER?
Yes. Your phone number is one way that you can connect your purchases to your loyalty account should you not have access to the Jimboy’s Tacos app during your visit. You will not receive SMS marketing messaging unless you opt in to receive them.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF POINTS I CAN EARN PER DAY?
No. Order away and earn away. It’s your Taco Nation.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY POINTS I NEED TO EARN BEFORE I SCORE MY NEXT REWARD?
The Points Tracker is located on the home screen of the app. You need 100 points to earn the $10 reward, and once earned, the plan will reset back to 0 (zero).
HOW DO I ADD MONEY TO MY APP?
Select “Reload Wallet” from the home screen of the app, then select the desired dollar increment you want to add. After that, add your credit card payment info.
WHERE DID MY REWARD GO?
If the reward you earned is not listed on the “My Rewards” page, there’s a good chance that it has expired or it was already applied to one of your orders.
