• Ability to build and lead a high performance team
• Knowledge of the market in consideration
• Ability to acquire quality restaurant sites
• Financial Requirements*:
  • Minimum liquidity of $200,000
  • Minimum net worth of $500,000
  • Ability to obtain necessary capital
