WHAT: Jimboy’s Tacos is using the Grand Re-Opening of its Fairfield Store to provide a platform for raising Money for the Fisher House Foundation @ Travis AFB. To Celebrate the grand re-opening of Fairfield, this store will be giving away Two of their legendary ground beef tacos free to every person who stops by between 11:00 am to 6 pm this Saturday April 27th. While the tacos will be served free with no strings attached Jimboy’s management has arranged for 100 percent of any optional donations made during this day-long celebration to go directly to the Fisher House Foundation. “Our goal is to raise $10,000 for this great cause, and to bring attention to this wonderful Foundation, “said Karen Knudson Freeman CEO and President of Jimboys North America Inc. Jimboy’s has already begun collecting donations from other businesses and business owners, “it is an honor and a privilege, to show our American Hero’s and their families how much we all appreciate their sacrifice,” Freeman says.

Jimboy’s Tacos is a 59 year old California Restaurant Company (est. 1954). The Fairfield store is Re-opened as a Corporate Store under new Management. The Dining room and Interior have just undergone a remarkable transformation in a Mayan-adventure themed style. The combination of their great food and the new mystical ambiance provide a magical experience. “We do have a large and loyal following, said Freeman, but there are some people who still don’t realize we are not a typical “fast food” restaurant. We use fresh local ingredients, including only top grade local beef and chicken. Our menus are prepared fresh daily, cooked slow and served fast.
